WE 88 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Rules

By accessing or using the platform WE 88 in any manner — whether via mobile device, laptop, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Acceptance of these Terms is an absolute condition for using the services of WE 88. No exceptions will be made for any individual or entity. Members who register an account at WE 88 shall be deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

To register and use the services of WE 88, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. WE 88 will not tolerate any attempt by underage individuals to access or use this platform.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident located within a jurisdiction that permits online gambling.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) WE 88 account only. Opening a second or additional account is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Personal information provided during registration — including full name, MyKad number, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. WE 88 recommends using a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols.

WE 88 reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, including copies of your identification card, bank statements, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

All financial transactions on the WE 88 are subject to the following policies. Please read carefully to avoid any delays in processing your funds.

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the WE 88 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM MYT).
• Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account registered in the member's name.
• Before the first withdrawal is processed, members may be required to complete the full identity verification (KYC) process.

WE 88 offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses for members — including a welcome bonus of up to RM 888, weekly rebates, special match promotions, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never previously registered a WE 88 account.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement set for each promotion. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash before wagering requirements have been met.
• Each member is entitled to each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• WE 88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.
• Promotions may be withdrawn or modified by WE 88 at any time without prior notice.

All casino games at WE 88 — including slots, table games, Live Casino, roulette, and jackpot — are operated on a fair and transparent system. The general casino game rules are as follows:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by international bodies to ensure fairness.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the WE 88 system. No disputes will be entertained based on assumptions or misunderstandings of the rules.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, WE 88 will resolve the issue based on stored system records. WE 88's decision shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are stated within the respective game interface. These limits may vary by game category.
• WE 88 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes in the event of an obvious technical error or deliberate system abuse.

The Sports Betting section at WE 88 covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, and over 50 other leagues), badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the WE 88 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the available Cash Out function.
• If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours from the originally scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• The odds displayed are the odds at the time the bet is confirmed. Any fluctuation in odds after confirmation will not affect the original bet value.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to availability and may be suspended by WE 88 at any time based on operational requirements.
• In the event of a dispute over a sporting result, WE 88 will refer to the official ruling of the relevant governing body (e.g., MFF for Malaysian football, BWF for badminton).
• Bets placed on matches involving teams or individuals implicated in match-fixing are void and will be cancelled by WE 88.

To ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all members WE 88, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity or false information.
• System manipulation: Using automated software (bots), scripts, collusion methods, or any other technique to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the WE 88 platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts or coordinating with other members to exploit promotions.
• Hackers and cyber attacks: Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt WE 88's infrastructure.
• Third-party payments: Receiving or making payments through another person's account.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable.

WE 88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Instructions from the relevant Malaysian authorities.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion or responsible gambling purposes.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team WE 88 via live chat or email. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned once the verification process is complete.

• Theft of login credentials resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Force majeure events include natural disasters, war, government action, or any disruption beyond WE 88's control.

WE 88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

WE 88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via:

• An email notification to the member's registered email address.
• A pop-up notification within the WE 88 platform upon your next login.
• An update to the "Last Updated" date on this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
